ATLAS MINT LTD is the controller of personal information it processes for enquiries and its services. This notice explains how we handle that information under applicable UK data protection law.

2. Information we may collect

We may collect your name, email address, company name, enquiry content, booking and service correspondence, and transaction or payment information such as payment status and reference. The hosting provider may process basic technical information, including IP address, browser information, access times and security logs.

Information usually comes directly from you or from payment and service providers involved in your booking. Please avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information or another person’s data without authority.

3. Why we use it and our lawful bases

• Responding to enquiries and providing agreed services: taking steps at your request before a contract and performing that contract. For business representatives, our legitimate interest in handling business communications and providing services.
• Processing transactions and maintaining required records: performance of a contract and compliance with legal accounting and tax obligations.
• Security, service administration and handling disputes: legitimate interests in protecting our services, maintaining reliable operations and resolving issues, balanced against your rights.
• Legal compliance: meeting applicable legal obligations.

If we rely on consent for an additional purpose, we will request it separately and explain how to withdraw it. We do not use your information for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Service providers and payments

Information may be shared where necessary with hosting, email, online meeting and payment providers, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. Access is limited to what is needed for the relevant purpose.

Payments may be processed by PayPal or another agreed payment service provider under its own privacy notice. We may receive payment confirmations and transaction references; we do not necessarily receive full card details. Do not send card details through the enquiry form.

5. International processing

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where a restricted transfer occurs, we will use an applicable adequacy arrangement or appropriate contractual safeguards, together with any required assessments and supplementary measures. 6. How long information is kept

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiry retention depends on whether the enquiry leads to a booking and whether follow-up is needed. Service and transaction records are retained as necessary for accounting and tax requirements, resolving disputes and applicable legal time limits. We then delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

7. Security

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the information processed, including limiting access. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please contact us if you have a concern about your information.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.

9. This website and the enquiry form

This static website does not use analytics scripts, advertising cookies or browser storage. Basic hosting logs may be generated by the hosting provider. The enquiry form prepares a message in your chosen email application. You must send it from that application; the website does not submit it automatically or store your entries. Your email provider processes the message when you send it. We receive enquiries through Gmail, provided by Google, and use them to respond and arrange services.

We may update this notice as our services or processing arrangements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
